# A-Z adjustment trial — adopted

The 2026-10-14 trials established fixed subtraction of 32 from each RGB byte as the adopted default.

adoption and tests. [Current release](/Riff/LATEST/rc-0-1-5-delivery-261014) owns the committed
0.1.5-rc code, signed APK and current phone/HU/website publication.
[UI tokens](/Riff/LATEST/ui-tokens#search-and-disabled-control-configuration) owns current behavior.

The outgoing offset-32 trial remains verbatim in
[its dated archive](/Riff/LEGACY/2026-10-14-rc-0-1-4-delivery/az-adjustment-layer-261014), which
describes the earlier 0.1.3-rc experiment rather than current artifacts.
