# 1.1.0 queues and audiobook bookmarks > Version: 1.1.0. Release requirements; implementation and delivery are recorded below. > [Verification status](/Riff/1-1-0/status). ## Queue model Each profile always has one dynamic queue whose ID is NULL; it may be empty. A new dynamic context replaces this slot. Saved queues have 64-bit content-derived IDs. Queue kind MUSIC or BOOK is explicit; bookmark count never determines kind. The last-queue reference distinguishes absent selection, dynamic selection and saved selection. Playing a saved queue updates that queue's checkpoint, not a mirrored dynamic record. Persist exact occurrence identity, local microsecond position, requested play state, Repeat, Shuffle and its chosen permutation, preferred binding and completion. Repeated Media.IDs are distinct occurrences. Do not regenerate shuffle on restoration. Books do not shuffle. The queue definition and its immutable execution revision may share bytes when equal. Editing a saved Music list creates a definition revision without rewriting active execution. Playback requires a fully materialized, validated RAM revision; the old requirement for disk-durable READY before sound starts is replaced by deferred persistence. Power loss before SAVED may lose the new context. Dynamic queues survive process restart. Do not create a resume record for every Album/Title. Natural non-repeat completion marks the queue completed; subsequent ordinary Play begins at its start. Saved composition and manual bookmarks remain. Other source selection, Play/Add ordering, manual reaction bypass and physical-binding fallback retain their released contracts. ## Title reuse and promotion Book Title Play first finds the profile's saved Book queue with that exact stable Title.ID, then its dynamic queue for the same Title, otherwise replaces the dynamic slot. At most one saved Book queue exists per profile/Title. Title display spelling is not identity. The first bookmark atomically promotes the dynamic Title queue to a saved queue, preserves full ordered membership including unavailable occurrences, execution and checkpoint, creates the mark, retargets active/last selection, and leaves an empty dynamic slot. Later marks use the same queue. Marks retain stable hash IDs, exact occurrence, local microsecond position and section label. Existing Title-context admission, bookmarkMinSpacingSeconds, duration evidence, UI/controller spacing agreement and motion/AAOS restrictions continue. A mark captures actual service position; periodic progress is not its source. Music queues contain no marks. ## Deletion and unavailable media Removing the last bookmark deletes the saved Book queue and its checkpoint. Removing all members deletes any saved queue and all its marks; a dynamic slot becomes empty. Removing a particular member removes its marks. Stale progress cannot recreate a deleted queue. Preserve the existing active-deletion boundary: a deleted queue's immutable execution may continue only in RAM. Later checkpoints for that deleted saved identity are ignored; it is not resurrected or silently copied into the dynamic slot. Temporary unavailability never removes membership or marks. Existing final catalog-expiry rules remain: remove expired Music occurrences, deleting an empty playlist; a saved frozen Book collection expires as a whole when one of its member MediaIDs is truly expired. Failed scans and missing grants are not expiry evidence. Music playlists remain explicitly created/selected; identical content does not merge intentionally distinct creation commands. Existing naming and confirmation rules continue, with durable completion owned by [delivery](/Riff/1-1-0/ipc).
