The delivered APK must contain JNI libraries only for the minimum ABI set required by the user's
phone, head unit and other target devices. Inventory the supported ABI lists before implementing the
filter. If all target devices support arm64-v8a, ship only arm64-v8a.

Apply the restriction to first-party native compilation and transitive/prebuilt JNI packaging. Do
not remove required libraries within an accepted ABI. Do not assume a device needs both 32-bit and
64-bit copies merely because it supports both.

Inspect the final signed APK's lib/ tree and exercise each native runtime on every target device. An
emulator-specific ABI may exist in a separate test build, not leak into the delivered APK. No ABI
filter or application version/build number is changed by this documentation publication.
