# Riff 1.1.0 — release requirements

This versioned registry is normative for the scopes listed below. It is registered by
[system requirements](/Riff/LATEST/requirements). The signed release edition is 1.1.0 FINAL.
[Delivery status](/Riff/1-1-0/status) records its exact artifact, installation and remaining
acceptance; the website is a separate publication. Requirements alone do not authorize Git history
or device/website operations.

The 1.1.0 owners replace the corresponding 1.0.2 rules only for version 1.1.0. Unlisted behavior
inherits the released contracts. Existing source comments and released behavior remain documented by
their baseline pages; a baseline clause cannot override an explicitly replaced 1.1.0 scope.
